Complete Renovation at Renault Showroom Wallan Tradings Dammam

We are proud to announce the renovation of Renault Showroom for our valued client, Wallan Trading Co., in the city of Dammam. Completed on 3 September 2024, this project shows our dedication to excellence in every imaginable aspect of construction and contracting.

Carried out by Project Leader Naveed, and the Team at Al Dana Star transformed the showroom into a state-of-the-art facility that meets all the needs to achieve standards of functionality as well as aesthetics.

The project began with rigorous demolition, removal, and waste management that paved the way for the massive works afterward, Important to the transformation was the installation of an asphalt ramp with its marking and accompanied by beautiful curb stone painting in order to ensure that the entrance would be both strong and aesthetic.

The renovation includes full exterior and interior refurbishment, with premium tiles, gypsum, marble, and paintwork, to redefine elegance in the showroom. Plus, we added stylish glass partitions, curtain walls, and custom doors that provide the building form and function in a modern style.

Infrastructure upgrades were crucially required in the project. This included a full electrical system installation of advanced fire alarms and firefighting systems to establish and maintain the highest standard in safety for the showroom. We also did large HVAC ducting with insulation work, rigorously tested to present the energy-efficient and the environment-friendly comfort to visit as well as work around it.

Throughout the project, all details were taken into action correctly. From gypsum partitions and painting work at the ground and mezzanine floor to the finer lighting and cabling installations, nothing was left behind.

The washrooms on the mezzanine floor were even redone with modern sanitary fixtures, wash counters, and door fittings. And the staircases with glass handrails, marble flooring, and skirting also add to the appeal of the showroom.

The basement’s HVAC, electrification, and drainage systems were entirely upgraded with flawless painting and lighting which enhanced the utility and aesthetic appeal of the space.

The newly renovated Renault Showroom in Dammam is now a shining example of modern design and superior craftsmanship, offering refreshed and highly functional space to our client and their employees.
